The opportunity isn't simply being there. It's understanding what you're looking at while there's still time to ask questions and make corrections.
My background in architecture, engineering, and manufacturing allows me to look beyond paint colors and design selections. I'm paying attention to framing, mechanical systems, drainage, workmanship, and construction details that will disappear long before closing day.
My goal isn't to create problems or second-guess the builder. It's to recognize when something deserves another look, communicate with the builder, and help give my clients confidence that their home is being built the way it should be. Every successful conversation during construction is one less concern after move-in day.
